Registration for the social event

The Personal Data collected in the registration form (personal details, various contact information, and professional background) is required in order to register for the event.
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is that registration takes place following the free and unconditional consent of the Data Subject who intends to participate in the event.

Sending out notifications about upcoming events

The Personal Data processed relates to various contact details in order to allow the data subject to receive information about future events organized by EVE-LAB FORMAZIONE SRL.
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is that the sending of communications regarding future events organized by EVE-LAB FORMAZIONE SRL is based on the free and unconditional consent of the data subject who wishes to receive such information from EVE-LAB FORMAZIONE SRL.

Disclosure of Personal Information

The Personal Data processed will be known exclusively to those expressly authorized by EVE-LAB FORMAZIONE SRL; alternatively, it may be shared with recipients who will process the data as data processors or independent data controllers.
Specifically, the data will be shared with

• Public authorities, welfare agencies, and social security agencies providing support to this group in compliance with legal requirements
• entities that perform certain activities under a specific contract (for example: tax, legal, and IT consultants, as well as other companies or professionals that provide goods or services)

International transfers of personal data and automated decision-making

Personal Data will be processed within the European Union: in the event that it becomes necessary to engage entities, organizations, or public authorities located outside the European Union, the transfer of Personal Data, limited to the performance of specific Processing activities, will be governed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Regulation and only if the transfer is necessary for important reasons of public interest and in the cases provided for in subparagraphs (d), (e), f), and g) of Article 49 of the EU Regulation.
EVE-LAB FORMAZIONE SRL declares that it does not make decisions likely to affect the data subject based solely on the automated processing of personal data. All decision-making processes associated with the processing purposes described above are carried out with human intervention.

Methods and Retention Period

Personal Data will be processed by EVE-LAB FORMAZIONE SRL only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with regulations governing the retention of administrative records (10 years), subject to any additional retention period that may be required by law: data in electronic and paper formats will be stored in the archives located at EVE-LAB FORMAZIONE SRL.

The rights of the data subject and how to exercise them

As provided for in Article 15 of the Regulation, the Data Subject may access their Personal Data, request its correction and updating if it is incomplete or incorrect, request its erasure if it was collected in violation of a law or regulation, and object to the Processing on legitimate and specific grounds.

• Right to object: The user has the right to prohibit the further processing of their data without their explicit consent;
• Right to opt out of automation: Users have the right to ensure that decisions affecting them are not left to algorithms or automated systems.
